I partially agree, they can become as qualified and in rare cases more qualified but the fact remains that most recruiting is of PhD's not BS's and also explain why such a high percentage of the PhD engineers and scientists dominate our major hi tcch R&D efforts if industry thinks BS's are just as good.... and further explain why hi tech industries petitioned the government to allow more foreign engineers into the country. Tell us the names of the universities where we can find lots of native born PhD's
