Please feel free to post the pay scales you think are correct.... re:good engineers while working on the job working in high tech companies become far more qualified than any PHD. I partially agree, they can become as qualified and in rare cases more qualified but the fact remains that most recruiting is of PhD's not BS's and also explain why such a high percentage of the PhD engineers and scientists dominate our major hi tcch R&D efforts if industry thinks BS's are just as good.... and further explain why hi tech industries petitioned the government to allow more foreign engineers into the country. Tell us the names of the universities where we can find lots of native born PhD's re: I have no problem competing with them. LOL....oh yes you do!!! You're way over the hill Snitch..
