I noticed this the day I left for my trip. I look for the AOL/AMZN relationship to get even stronger.
>DULLES, Va.,, Nov 14, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- America Online, Inc., the world's leading interactive services company, today announced that AOL member spending in October increased 80% from the same month a year ago to $2.7 billion, highlighting the company's strong momentum heading into the holiday shopping season.

The numbers reported by the 'o'meter are just out of this world. About double what they were at this time last year.

Even adjusting for the smaller take from Circuit City and Toys'R'Us sales I still think this is going to be a good season for Amazon and thus the run up in share prices.
