Sun is careful about whom they hire. That can't be said for everyone in the valley in 96-00. Many of the overhires were H-1B visa people mainly from the middle-east & pacific rim. Most of them have been sent back. The real question is: did that excess spending create an equivalence in value?? Will that value xlate into future growth and future revenues?? If not, we ended up supplying the 3rd world with a fancy welfare program.
