Hi Kastel,
If you look at the stock price today. PWI up $0.01. There must be some smart? people out there know that this is not the end of the world.
To cancel a hedge contract means we don't have a stable income, but on the other hand we can gamble the future. oil is not necessary go down all the time. If some unpredictable events come up in the future the oil price may back up to $20+ and we are not sorry for cancel a hedge contract.

I don't think anyone has a handle on this Enron situation and it is going to take months to sort out. I keep thinking back to what Apache stated when they cancelled all of their hedges about a month ago due to the Enron situation. They had no direct hedges with Enron but was concerned about a domino effect. This is going to be very interesting indeed.
