What I want to know is who is going to be the administrator of all this money? Where will this money be sitting? Would you invest an additional 4% and let the gov't hold it for you????????? What kind of idiots do they take us for?? That is an insult to any person with a reasonable intellect. I am sick and tired of the condescending attitude the Bush administration has for the citizens of this country. Don't count me in the pool of fools that swim around in the Bush family darkness! THey are among the rich, for the rich and bought by the rich. It's time the blinders get removed from the eyes of the common man before this country is destroyed.

Who in heck would be dumb enough to pay 1% in order to invest 2.5%?

When the difference between the rich and poor becomes too pronounced we will be headed for our destiny as a Banana Republic. We have already seen the beginnings due to the last Presidential election.

Lower taxes for the RICH and Decrease Social Security Benefits for retirees

Bush is an absolute disaster. He is worse than anyone could ever have imagined.

All he can think about is a new war while here at home people lose their jobs, their
unemployment benefits. And now Bush will decrease social security benefits
for Retirees while he increases tax cuts for the rich.

When will people take notice?
