Chas: simplicity; humor; to prosper I guess I wasn't paying attention to the words today. Had to go to the emergency room at 4:30 AM. Woke up with blood poring out of my nose. It turns out I almost had a stroke but a vein in my nose blew out first instead of in my brain. Blood pressure was 210/123 when I got to the hospital. What really pissed me off was that I had just gotten a $1/hour raise effective Thursday and now I miss an entire day of the raise plus the $2/hour weekend bonus plus another bonus for getting 12 hours on the weekend; $89 less pay + hospital emergency room care etc. Bummer day. Got a lot of catch up sleep though during the day after being rudely awakened 5 hours earlier than expected. I think I'll wear a plastic bucket around my neck tonight in case I have another blow out. Thanks Carolyn! Although must say I wasn't too terribly efficient.... Enjoyed harmony last night after returning home from a very windy and rainy day tho'.....Went with The Captain to B&N, got some books, some wonderful Sarah Brightman, Andrea Bocelli, and a Christmas album with Charlotte Church, Vanessa Williams, Placido Domingo and Tony Bennett ....put a log in the fireplace and just kicked back.... Simple pleasures are the very best, eh? KLP: return; harmony; efficiency
