You have to admit Roberts has to be feeling pretty smug right about now. After losing the Media One bid to T and getting bought off the ATHM board, he now is in the position to buy the remains of T's self-destruction. The big difference between the two is Comcast never forgot what it was they are selling.

Comcast has a toll-free number for updates (888) 433-6963. The last update was at 10am today and it says they are negotiating around the clock to prevent service interruptions. They say currently they have not experienced any service interruptions.

So I guess things aren't really resolved yet.
