Through some benchmarking that we've done on our internal software it turns out that the Athlons do very well in the kind of apps that we run.

Did you benchmarks Xeon based severs vs. Athlon MP based servers? If so, what brand of servers did you use?

If the opposite were true, what would be your feelings on getting Athlon boxes. Similarly, if Intel and AMD performed exactly the same, what would be your feelings then.
