Jordan which was before Trans Jordan and before that part of the Jewish Homeland by the Balfour declaration when the Brit's divided the ME in synthetic countries, was actually carved out of the Jewish Homeland to become a state for those Arabs living in the Jewish Homeland. The Hashemite family was given the right to rule that state due to their loyalty to the Brit's in WWI. If there is any claim for a state of the Arabs in the West Bank and Gaza it is what is now Jordan and Lebanon. Arabs have not right to any part of land west of the Jordan river.
