I use EXCITE@HOME and also my son-in-law.
We are all furious at the way this situation has been handled. My son-in-law built my computer and didn't put in a dial up modem. So all morning I have been fooling around and now I am back up using an old AOL coaster.
My son-in-law is running an engineering consulting service and is trying to swap files to a spot 85 miles away. It is a hassle with the slow speeds. I phoned early this morning and talked to the phone rep. and was told that everything was hunkydory. Now we are off line. I really don't know if we are going back. We do not have a DSL line close so we are looking. I hope this mess blows up in AT@Ts face.
Anyone know the e-mail address of the judge?
Anyway have a good day.
