I could care less about the email address but I'm a consultant in the software field and I WANT CONSISTENT HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE... Couldn't agree more. I have several items (both personally and business) under the AT&T umbrella. Will take a hard look at everything once the smoke clears. Have an AOL account as a backup and created another new account today under the free 45 day gig. Had some problems creating the account, so I called the infamous 1-888-Itssoeasytousenowonderits#1 and was promptly put into Holdland. Waited for 20 minutes and gave up. Figured out the problem on my own. Blows my mind the amount of $ these companies rake in, yet their basic customer service sucks. All for now Rob@homeless.com
