Ed. You left out the butt hole thing.;-))))) I guess I am, That is what the government pays me for. Too wipe butt holes. Keep them out of trouble. Part of my job is to recognize companies that are getting ready to go BK so that we don't over pay an get stuck. Hard to explain. I ware many hats. I use the same principals in my investing without their imput. As far as XO hitting 40 again, I would say you are in dream land. XO will have a problem just meeting their dept service after all this is done. Xo will continue to loose money no matter how much debt they reduce. XO can never make money on the positve side. All FL is trying to do is slow it down. Sooner or later, they will have to sell off all the assests of XO. Ron
