Hi Softech,

Sorry for taking so long to get back with yea. I'll only give you my thought on two, MCLD an XO. The rest I will look into.

With MCLD, I think it will survive an do better then that. It will expand an give the regular Bells a run for their money. I think the shake out is over but there will still be a little more. They got rid of the old money an now they are working on the new. I think the smart money is in now. If you look at the trading an the PRs that have come out, it is all part of the big picture. MCLD is the center stone in the crown. MCLD will show on paper by the end of their 1Q a profit. The stock will be in the .60s by the end of next week an in the .70 by the following.JMHO Smart business will dictate that they file for BK before the end of the year. Start out clean for next year an then it will all be up hill after that.

Now XO is a tricky one but not to hard to figure out. FL the way I see it, can't bail out XO let alone TXM. 5 bil. is a hard nut to swallow. Even FL doesn't have that kind of money. An who in the world is going to stick 5 bil. in a company an see it all pissed away because that is what is going to happen. So the deal will fall through an they will go BK. In other words, XO is a doomed company as a primary. It will be someone's sub. through BK. The management will be left holding the bag on this one.

So that is it as of today the way I see it.
