Yomaz, That is not what I am saying nor intended to say. If that is the way it was taken, my apologies. The point I was trying to make as far as the company went was to avoid BK an hold onto all their assets as if nothing happened. Just have a new group of investors. Instead of you an me, them. As far as the investor went, DD should of made this a short term play until the restructuring was done. You know as well as I, anything can go in these deals. Big money slices the pie, not you an me. That is all I was trying to point out. Please don't take offence. I'm not putting anyone down or pumping anyone up. I am not insensitive to everyone's plight here. Been there an am there in another venue. I know how it feels to be screwed. Ron
