Somehow we got on this kick based on an option trading system I am using which proposes to be right 80+% of the time. I explained I was using the Split Martingale system for money-management (actually, that is wrong on two counts... I have yet to make my first trade under this new system and secondly, I found a simpler money-management system). I did not recommend it at all... just explained how it worked. It DOES NOT double-up on losing bets but increases by a small amount the amount of the bet and throws in an extra round to compensate for the loss. I also repeatedly suggested that those bets may exceed your capacity to wager because of the fact the bets get bigger and bigger, especially for a streak of losses. Thanks for your concern...
