Hello folks. I, like all the other KVHI longs, am eagerly awaiting the current sensor announcement. Not only will it give the company an additional source of revenue, but it will show to the many naysayers that KVHI can develop the additional FO products it is working on, thus giving added credence to KVH's planned active fiber and flat antenna projects. The "credibilty factor" should result in the market valuing KVH with a higher multiple of price to sales. Even ignoring the $15 MM in cash (broadly assuming it will all get eaten up in R&D), KVH's PSR is still about 2. If these projects come to fruition, we will likely at least double or triple that multiple, not including revenue growth. Anyway, the point of this rambling post is: I understand that the current sensor is supposed to be announced in the 4th Q, which is now almost over. Was any further gloss given on this timing in the last conference call? I still have the task of listening to that call on my "to do" list (along with about a thousand other things). Haven't quite gotten around to it. Can anyone recap the current sensor timing?

RK

No, Bob, unfortunately you haven't missed any major announcement. It sure is easy for me to get impatient in this market. The countdown to the current sensor continues ...
