Softy, I have not noticed any corelation between the penny stock pumping and market tops/bottoms. Seems to be a constant at all levels. Stocks that should be penny stocks jumping from $10 to $100 seems to be more indicative of tops.

I am more concerned that the Enron crash will have far reaching negative effects. While I shed no tears for the failure of electricity deregulation, the economic consequences will reach far beyond Enron.
