Are the assets really worth that, particularly if idle?

You have to ask yourself... what is the REAL reason DYN walked from the deal. If the assets were really worth 25 billion then why did DYN walk they were going to purchase ENE much cheaper. This may be some clue, Anderson audits DYN and ENE books!
