Maybe we can back the Quebec separatists. As I recall, the Frogs were denying the Iraq embargo. Wouldn't surprise me if Canada was also. At the very least, the border up there needs to be tightened.

Naw, he was worse.... <1/2G> On the other hand... he jumped through hoops for the U.S., so it's probably a good choice for our foreign policy makers.
