Or, let 'em talk all they want, with the requirement to list a summary of all previous statements each time they announce a statement, on a website-accessible link or similar. That way little Joe can learn each time they speak to take a little look at what they said last time. Certainly, SEC should better monitor for lies and deception just as they do in formal corp reports. They operate on the basis of complaints, tho', so maybe a private watchdog group can emerge and gather complaints. If there is one, it's too low-key, so far.
