The filing left out the off balance sheet debt. Can you believe ENE still not giving us the details. I would like to know when are they going to come clean.

FWIW, I've had experience as an investor in two fairly recent bankruptcies: FEET and EXDS. The investors got scr*wed both times, despite (as I recall) the seeming existence of value beyond what should have been necessary to satisfy the creditors.
