"Does Microsoft sell XP Personal -> XP Professional upgrade licenses at a reasonable cost?"

I was in Best Buy this evening. There are little pads of mail in upgrade offers for $75 to upgrade from Windows XP Home Edition to Professional Edition, I think with the purchase of a desktop system. That's better than the extra $100 the professional edition costs regular. It appeared to be a Microsoft offer as opposed to specific to Best Buy. Good representation of Athlon/Duron laptops. Desktops included 4 or 5 Athlon choices, but I didn't see any Athlon XP systems for sale.
