<< Not taking any sides here. >>

OK. I'll take you at your word.

<< The numbers of Palestinians killd were far more on a weekly basis and overall. >>

But, look at the circumstances for the Palestinian deaths. They were either members of terrorist organizations, or they were involved in attacks against Israeli soldiers, or they were accidents. The murders of Israeli children at a disco, or at a pizza parlor, or at a mall, is barbaric and depraved. Do we really want to give these types of cruel killers their own state? What kind of a country would the Palestinians have under this type of leadership? How safe would it be for the world's future?

The murders of Americans on airplanes, being flown into heavily populated buildings is barbaric and depraved. At this time there are a lot more Talibans dead, than died in New York, DC or Pa. Are you going to compare these deaths the same way you compare the Jews and the Palestinians?

The numbers of Palestinians kiled were far more on a weekly basis and overall. Only on the weeks of suicide bombing were less palestinians killed. In the western media, the deaths in Israel are covered in greater detail. I believe the Al-jazeera covers the deaths in Palestine disproportionately. That seems to explain partially the perception of the West and the perception of the Arabs in this conflict.

And on Al Jazeera, the Palestinians died in "martyrdom operations".

Number counts don't tell the whole story. It is fair to ask, how many of the Palestinians died committing acts of violence? If part of your campaign involves riflemen shooting at armored checkposts every night, your casualties are bound to be higher than the other side's.

This doesn't mean that many innocents haven't died too. But not one Palestinian has died because an Israeli took an Uzi to a bus stop and shot everyone in sight.
