e.t. There was no binnie and it was not America's place to rebuild anywhere. binnie is product of Saudi Arabia ignoring him when he want to moo hardaline the Iraqis for Kuwait. They ignored him and the US liberated Kuwait. This pissed binnie off at the leaders of Saudi Arabia and they threw him out of the country.
