Ron,

<<GERN>>

GERN has interesting technology, but is a very long way from anything that would actually make money. I've held it several times, mostly selling on the pops you get when they make another sexy announcement. (I've dubbed this strategy "ENMD-roulette").

I haven't held GERN (or ENMD for that matter) for a while, because my sense is that there is currently a skeptical attitude to "pie-in-the-sky" companies. If we again get some general over-exuberance, the risk-rewards on a stock like GERN start to look better. Right now my sense is that the danger of the stock just slowly and steadily drifting downward exceeds the chances of a substantial pop on news.
