Compaq shares rose 1 percent to $11.76 in mid-morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

My CPQ chart must be slow. Maybe CPQ will get there tomorrow.

Regus<RGU.L> to outsource IT in 25 mln stg deal

LONDON, Dec 3 (Reuters) - Britain's Regus Plc <RGU.L> said
on Monday it would outsource its IT support and infrastructure
requirements to computer manufacturer Compaq <CPQ.N> in a deal
worth 25 million pounds.
The deal would cut costs for Regus, a provider of fully
serviced offices, by almost 40 percent, the company said.
Telecoms firm COLT Telecom <CTM.L> and software group Cedar
<CED.L> would help manage Regus's IT requirements alongside
Compaq, Regus said.
"This outsourcing deal means that we double our service
levels, while reducing costs by almost 40 percent," Chief
Executive of Regus, Mark Dixon, said in a statement.
Regus runs a network of centres in 48 countries, providing
workstations and cleaning, security and maintenance services.

Lehman raises Compaq price target to $13

NEW YORK, Dec 3 (Reuters) - Lehman Bros. said analyst
Daniel Niles raised his 12-month price target for Compaq
Computer Corp. <CPQ.N> to $13 from $10 on Monday, without
giving further details.
Compaq shares ended Friday at $10.15. Their 52-week trading
range is $7.28 to $24.97.
