Agreed, His record on the economy is a poor one. I do not expect a recovery before the election in 2002.

1 Impossible to predict with certainty.

2. The market is not appreciably lower than when he was inaugurated and was sliding for a whole year before he was inaugurated.

3. Job losses have been continuous since the 80's tdue to consolidation in various industries (banking, insurance, etc.)...

4. Small negative. Many indicators look good for recovery...
