OT--this compares well with my view of death--just think this is a beautiful statement by the Harrison family <<"We are deeply touched by the outpouring of love and compassion from people around the world," said Harrison's widow, Olivia, and son Dhani in a statement.

"The profound beauty of the moment of George's passing — of his awakening from this dream — was no surprise to those of us who knew how he longed to be with God. In that pursuit, he was relentless.">> i say AMEN to that.Max

from bigcharts - 2:03PM Yardeni sees risk of consumer recession by Tomi Kilgore
Ed Yardeni, chief investment strategist at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, said recent help wanted advertising data suggests that there is a "significant risk" of a consumer recession ahead. "The good news is that it often looks very bad at the trough of economic cycles," he added in a note to clients. He added that the growth rate in corporate profits may be bottoming, "which may soon reduce some of the pressure on companies to cut their labor costs."
