hmmmm, you have a point about the legal definition of war....but, this has a lot more in common with what we tradionally call a war, than the "war on drugs" did.

But then again, that is why there should be a trial.

As far as I know there has not been a a declaration of war by Congress against Afghanistan, only a lot of rhetoric calling it a war.

When the US took up arms against the Taliban, he should have bailed.
