To say that I don't care why would be the understatement of the month. He can make all of these claims about not directly fighting America until the retreat and then revolt in that prison. At that point he was shooting at Americans for a foreign army. Fork em!

Your anomaly is my curiosity. I'm interested in how an all American boy can end up taking arms against us. I'm not suggesting that the why matters. Treason is treason. I just like microscopes. The world is a fascinating place and people comprise much of the fascination.
