A nuetral force will see what the Israeli's are doing, but will not see what the terrorists are doing. That is the problem. Neutral observers cannot neutral. It is easy to see a tank or hear a helicopter. It is difficult to see a sniper or a bomb hidden in the ground. Solve this and your suggestion may make some sense. Ignore this and your observers merely act as puppets of the terrorists.

Both leaders may want peace but Arafat is not capable of controling his bowels yet alone the nut cases in Palistine. Why Isreal has listened to the US and not eliminated the leadership (or lack of) is the biggest question..

If Israel doesn't want peace, then why did Israel offer the Palestinians hundreds of millions of dollars in aid, most of the West Bank, Gaza, half of Jerusalem, last year?
