Definitely agree that older folks feeling the pain of reduced CD income. As far as how to play it, your guess is as good as mine.

There are some "assisted living" companies out there; Sunrise Assisted Living (SRZ) comes to mind. I THINK that unlike traditional nursing home companies, these guys rely on private pay instead of Medicare/Medicaid, but don't know that for a fact.

That's all I can think of with the 60 seconds of thought I've given it <g>
