<< How long does it usually take to buy GAC.TO? I put in an order to buy 1500 shares at $4.16, >>

Earnings due out Weds so its bouncing around, ended at 4.36 US Hard to catch the dips so I would offer $4.25, then raise to to 4.30, then to 4.36. then to 4.40 - kind of follow it up. I usually have to pay 4 cents US.
more than the bid to get any and it may take all day. Maybe 2 days.
Or perhaps you want to steal some. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. In that case one has to wait
for days or a week, until its down where you want it. Perhaps it will drop after earnings
There is a need for LT confidence here, either one is buying at a high price, or one is buying as it crashes
because one quarter earnings do not live up to expectations.
I get confidence only by owning a stock a long time, or by thinking I know something about a company.
I happen to think Geac can go to $12, dont see any company problems. If I didn't have enough,
I would consider putting in some GTC orders to buy at $5.85 , $6, and $6.2 Canadian and hope for a momentary blip on Weds or Thursday.
This gets preeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeety complicated, so I try to KIS AND not to horse around, mostly just buy the critter and the if it don't perform. I sell it.

LMT?. Had some Lmt and Noc, sold them. Have better performers, and they may have been overbought. For LTBH , would much prefer things like Tsco,Hd, Low, Dell.
Sig (buy high, sell higher)
