Nuclear Power and risk analysis, plus the organisation, middle managers and employee to handle that risk?? EU made a decision on these Sella-something-strawberry fields on the UK side today. Anyway, in terms of Kyoto the present global decision seem to be to skip USA for the moment, clearly a foreign affairs decisions, trusting coming generations of politicians and citizens.
