I was thinking the exact same thing. Haifa hits a little too close to home for Intel. BTW, that's where they designed Timna and is now in the process of designing Banias, the new low-power processor coming in 2003.

I spent 6 weeks in Haifa last year. I've been trying to find out where the blast took place in the city but haven't found out yet. If anyone sees a map please let me know.
