Yes, I honestly believe the democrat leadership does not want the recession over before the 2004 elections. My belief is predicated on the belief that they are not stupid, so understand what policies are necessary to allow the country to prosper. Since they refuse to allow these policies to be enacted, the only logical conclusion is that they are obstructing for political advantage.
