I personally do not call 3% growth a boom. I blame the Clinton administration ( and Congress ) for holding the economy back. I especially blame them for the massive and in some cases retroactive tax increase. I blame them for making NO progress on SSI.

It is no more absurd to blame the recession on the Mr. Bush's policies than to give no credit for the great economic boom of the nineties to the Clinton Administration

Duh!!

You haven't been listening...The President has little effect on the econonmy in good time or in bad absent unuusl circumstances. The war has more of an effect....
