Wanna_bmw, Re: that's what happens when you tend to over-analyze something instead of inserting the facts. Such as why this guy thinks Dresden is at 3200 wspw now, but will be at 5000 by the end of 2002.

My point is that his guess is at good as Paul's. We just don't have enough facts to "calculate" AMD's yield or production capacities. The reality is probably somewhere between both calculations. Usually the most reasonable explanations tends to be the right one and in the current economical environment that would be demand problems. If we assume yield problems we must also assume that AMD can sell everything they make. And that's very unrealistic right now IMO.
