I'm not exactly sure how that relates to what I said in that post, but yes, juniper looks like it's putting in a very nice base. 38% move, like many stocks did in the spring.

Years in that same range? Only in my dreams would I find a stock that could do that for years. Juniper won't do that for years because capex will improve and it will grow into it's valuation.

Cien looks like another stock developing a very nice tradable range. The longer these ranges remain, the stronger they'll be because we'll get lots of people buying and selling into them.

I would be in HEAVEN if stocks did this for the next year while we repaired psychology and the economy.
