Actually, DYN will have lots of trouble...

...while ENE is IN Bankruptcy. The rules favor ENE's lenders there. I've seen the legal side of this scenario many times.

And no, I have nothing to do with these companies except I bought some firesale shares of ENE last week seeing that this thing was being orchestrated by the big boys and has a really good chance of playing out in ENE's favor. That's my angle. I don't buy the "ENE is a bunch of crooks" nonsense. From what I observed of my own eyes of Watson on TV, he's scared and doing damage control big time. It ain't going to work. The financials were laid out for DYN to read. Claiming ignorance is no excuse in the law.

My bet: ENE emerges with good value. DYN gets nothing out of this deal but a tanked stock price, egg on its face and possible further erosion in market share.
