No, Alex, the ENE debacle qualifies as a crime, no different than a bank robbery, not bona fide financial transaction of the healthy sort referred to in previous post that might be considered a "good thing".

Real wealth is what ENE might have created for their 7,500 employees and thousands of shareholders had their officers adhered to honest and complete disclosure (and avoided policies of dishonest predation like California) - ramping up wwide trading in energy and bandwidth is a great idea. Their competitors will pick up where they left off.
