Actually the publishing end didn't go anywhere. It is still in the company. Just in the hands of a 45% shareholder. It looks like this was a stradagy thing. Nothing is going anywhere. By doing what they did, it reduces the amount of the debt for the BK. Probably short term debt is what they are looking for protection from. Sounds like to me that they aren't going to let this one go anywhere. By taking this approach, it looks like they will be profitable in the next quarter, even in BK. Looks like this was well planned.

I would expect the same thing to happen with XO.
