Softech, I don't think so. First one has to look at the company an what it is doing. Even though MCLD an XO trade together, they are two different animals. XO has always over shadowed MCLD. MCLD has never in the way I see been allowed to be itself. The way I see it now an I think that there will be a lot of folks that will see it the same way as myself, after this deal, MCLD can fly. The debt around their neck will be removed an I think they can soar. I think that this will be good for MCLD. I think in the end, XO will go Chapter 11. That will be good for the company an the shareholder. Ron
