I am reminded of the story of the blind men and the elephant. The first man approached from the front and touched the trunk and declared - the elephant is like a snake. The second man approached from the side and felt the legs and said, 'the elephant is like a tree'..and so on..

moral of the story: the elephant is an elephant no matter where you approach it from... their descriptions are different and they may believe different things about what an elephant is but to the elephant well, he is an elephant.

God is God...religion can be blind. If everyone claims that there can only be one true God, then we can either interpret that one religious group is right and the others wrong, or we can conclude that there we are all wrong (with respect to other's belief)...I think that the likelihood, logic and probability points to the second conclusion.
