The major thing was the burden of debts. Instead of that they switched to shares dilution which is much better IMO. At least the BK worry is diminishing quickly. You're right about the customers base and steady revenue stream. But the growth ain't there due to cut back in national expansion. It may be dead money for a while but at least it ain't going to 0 like XOXO.
