rich: 9/11 occurred well into George's watch it is his problem and failure he did not keep America prepared for such an attack. Good point. George came into office, implemented his agenda, gave tax rebates, thanked his buddies, and then, in August, when he felt completely satisfied that he had corrected all the problems left behind by the dems and everything was perfect, he took a well-deserved month-long vacation.
