How much time do you think was taken in the planning of 9/11? When did these terrorists (the majority of them) enter the U.S.?

I do not deny that U.S. intelligence had a breakdown, but to heap this all on GWB (or even more than 50% of the responsibility) is absolute crap.

I assume you are just trying to ruffle a few feathers to suggest 9-11-01 is Bush's fault. IF you are an American you are damn lucky he is the President because he will protect your sorry ass so you can make more false assertions. Fortunately for all civilized people on this planet Gore was not able to steal the Presidency and we have a team that understands the problem and has the wherewithall to solve it.

Hint: It was the terrorist's fault. Blame them.

And also don't forget there was a completed FAA commissioned report that sat on Bush's desk from the day of his inauguration that detailed the likelihood of terror on the airlines. The report was so strong in its beliefs that terror was imminent that the authors kept issuing personal warnings for the administration to start acting on the report's recommendations. Bush sympathisers say he didn't have enough time to act on the report and that he would have got around to it in the fall of 2001.
