last week I got an invitation to join a lawsuit against PVN -- LOL.

They had me on record as one who purchased the stock in a given time-frame. I did ... to cover.

Don't suppose I could ask for money, too, given that their accounting kept it floating longer than it should have and I didn't make enough money on the short-sale?
