Neo, Nice set of information and detail. I consider attempting to lay any blame on some past administration for those things that occur in remote places because they did nothing one way or the other and let the folks there figure it out for themselves is just plain stupid. But vacant liberal minds and stupidity are one. But it is funny as hell when with their idiotic associations the facts actually show mr. bill is the retard most responsible.
