He's a soldier in a foreign army now, regardless if whether or not he's an American citizen. He should be tried under the UCMJ. I don't think that he comes under the "two witnesses to an act of treason" rule or not because of this.

Americans have died in New York, Pa., and D.C. and in Afghanistan because of the Taliban. Walker was armed and fighting against America, with the Taliban.

How do you think that he is going to be received, in America, by his fellow countrymen? Do you feel that he is going to be safe walking down the street?

Personally, I hope he gets at least 30 years, if he can show extenuating circumstances. Otherwise, more.
